Structured Family Caregiving
Structured family caregiving is a Medicaid-funded benefit that supports primary unpaid caregivers of persons who are generally aged or disabled. The caregiver lives with the care recipient and receives payment (through us, Elite Home Care & Housing) for providing supervision, personal care assistance and homemaker services. The caregiver is often a family member, spouse or trusted friend.
Non-medical
Elite Home Care & Housing offers a wide range of non-medical care, private duty services.

Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and grooming)

Medication reminders to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations

Assistance with laundry and light housekeeping

Mobility assistance and safe transfers for fall prevention

Companionship & emotional support

Grocery shopping and meal preparation

Assistance after hospital discharge

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept any clients requiring stand-up lift or Hoyer lift transfers, or clients that require total dependent care*
Shared Living
Elite Home Care & Housing is a Shared Living House in Indianapolis, Indiana, founded in 2022. Elite HCH has a mission to provide an all-inclusive cooperative living space for adults who may need little to no assistance with their daily living activities.
